Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Since we don't have a subscription or try-before-you-buy policy, all purchases are final. However, if you're unhappy after receiving your order our team will do whatever will make things right for you. 

• Offer a refund after you ship the product to our offices
• Exchange product(s) for equal or lesser value of something else
  

If you decide to cancel the order as your package in en route, you'll be expected to return the unopened package once you receive. 

If the product returns to Human Dad opened, used or otherwise damaged you'll be charged the full amount of product(s).
